Music Moves Initiative
As part of our Rooted in Community Program, we’re pleased to introduce Music Moves: an initiative created for musicians, creatives, and music/arts industry professionals in order to promote and support homeownership within the community.
We noticed there is a lack of assistance and support for music and creative industry folx within the real estate market, however, there are giveback programs for almost every other industry. So we decided to create one!
If you’re a musician, artist/creative, or music and arts industry professional and are thinking of buying a home, we’d love to help you. We will walk you through the process to ensure it’s as stress-free as possible while easing some of the financial burdens by contributing up to *20% of our commission toward your closing costs.
In addition, we’ve partnered with Kristen Watt at Movement Mortgage, who is offering a further **credit toward your closing costs based upon your individual loan application and loan program!
Our music and creative scene and those within it are a big part of what makes the PNW so special. Our hope is that by promoting homeownership and providing additional financial support, we can help our arts community and those within it flourish.
