Before becoming a real estate broker, Carrie spent nearly a decade as Director of Marketing and Business Development at a Seattle-based real estate firm, where she developed extensive expertise in market strategy, operations, and agent mentorship. This background gives her clients a powerful advantage when it comes to pricing, positioning, negotiation, and marketing homes effectively.

A lifelong Pacific Northwest local, Carrie was raised in Bothell and now lives in Seattle, giving her a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and culture that make this region so special. She is also deeply committed to community connection and impact. Carrie is the co-founder of Seattle Secret Shows, a series of pop-up concerts in unique spaces, and she actively organizes community events, fundraisers, and volunteers with local nonprofits including Mary’s Place, Good Business Network, Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society, Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center, and more.

Brandon Hundley

Brandon Hundley has devoted his career to mastering the ever-evolving field of real estate sales and technology. Having spent several years in an executive leadership role as a Director at Zillow, Brandon brings his extensive enterprise-level sales and real estate marketplace experience to the Rooted Northwest team.

Originally from Kansas, Brandon relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 and has since proudly called the area his home. A perpetual professional who values communication and integrity, Brandon has spent his career building relationships with some of the largest new home developers and property management companies in the country. These partnerships have allowed him to understand the real estate industry from an investment and asset management perspective. Additionally, Brandon spent years at Zillow gaining valuable insights into the real estate consumer journey and the challenges that come with it. This experience allows him to offer his services to clients at all stages - whether they are first-time home buyers, sellers, or experienced investors.

With unmatched negotiation skills and a determination to find creative solutions to fit your needs, Brandon will advocate on your behalf while remaining transparent and honest throughout the process. When he isn’t working, you can find him on the golf course, practicing his new guitar skills, or cooking up a delicious meal with his wife and dog nearby.
Lijanne Stevens
Transaction Coordinator | Sound Transactions
Lijanne Stevens relocated to the Pacific Northwest from the UK in 2012 after meeting her Seattle-born husband during a trip to New Zealand. She spent several years in corporate HR administration, managing employee files, onboarding, and compliance for a manufacturing company.
After a break to welcome her second child, Lijanne began assisting a friend and realtor with home staging and administrative support. Having recently bought and sold for the third time, she discovered a true passion for real estate and a deep appreciation for creating a smooth, supportive experience for both buyers and sellers.
As our trusted Transaction Coordinator at Rooted NW, Lijanne brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organization, and a positive, can-do attitude. She works closely with our team and clients to ensure everything is on track. You’ll hear from her regularly throughout your transaction—and you can count on her to be by your side every step of the way to closing.
When she’s not diving into transaction files, Lijanne is homeschooling her two children, dreaming up design ideas for home renovations, planning her next travel adventure or enjoying beach walks with her husband, kids and their dog, Duke!
