OUR MISSION

With our combined real estate and community outreach experience, we have developed Rooted Northwest to not only offer a seamless home buying and selling experience but to make a bigger difference by supporting the neighbors and neighborhoods that we serve. With that commitment to community in mind, in addition to actively volunteering our time, we donate a portion of every purchase or sale to non-profit organizations that add vibrancy and support to the local community through our Rooted in Community Program. That means that, in addition to receiving knowledgeable and dependable service throughout your real estate transaction, you are supporting and benefitting your community simply by joining it.

CARRIE WATT
BROKER

With a love for the Pacific Northwest and a commitment to supporting her community, Carrie Watt offers a rare and unmatched experience for her clients with her unique ability to connect and engage on any level. Prior to launching her career as a Real Estate Broker, Carrie spent almost a decade as Director of Marketing and Business Development at a Seattle-based real estate firm where she obtained a vast knowledge of the real estate market while overseeing operations, business development, marketing, and mentoring the team of agents. 

Raised in Bothell and currently residing in Seattle, Carrie has a profound understanding of the culture of the greater PNW area. She has devoted her time to various projects that both build and support the community, including co-founding Seattle Secret Shows, an organization providing pop-up concerts in unique settings. Carrie also organizes fundraisers and volunteers for various non-profits including Melodic Caring Project, Hand in Hand Kids, Mary’s Place, Noise for the Needy, the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, FareStart, Northwest Harvest, Reclaim Your Vote, and more.

Carrie is an empathetic and investment-minded broker who strives to understand and prioritize your needs. She provides accessible support throughout the process to ensure you are well informed and educated every step of the way. In her spare time, you can find her hanging with her husband and their pup, Finn, enjoying live music or local cuisine (preferably in the sun), or spending time with friends and family.

BRANDON HUNDLEY
BROKER

Brandon Hundley has devoted his career to mastering the ever-evolving field of real estate sales and technology. Having spent several years in an executive leadership role as a Director at Zillow, Brandon brings his extensive enterprise-level sales and real estate marketplace experience to the Rooted Northwest team.

Originally from Kansas, Brandon relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 and has since proudly called the area his home. A perpetual professional who values communication and integrity, Brandon has spent his career building relationships with some of the largest new home developers and property management companies in the country. These partnerships have allowed him to understand the real estate industry from an investment and asset management perspective. Additionally, Brandon spent years at Zillow gaining valuable insights into the real estate consumer journey and the challenges that come with it. This experience allows him to offer his services to clients at all stages - whether they are first-time home buyers, sellers, or experienced investors.

With unmatched negotiation skills and a determination to find creative solutions to fit your needs, Brandon will advocate on your behalf while remaining transparent and honest throughout the process. When he isn’t working, you can find him on the golf course, practicing his new guitar skills, or cooking up a delicious meal with his wife and dog nearby.
