MAKE A WISHLIST & START YOUR SEARCH
We will discuss your home needs and wishes, future goals and objectives. Think about which features are must-haves so we can coordinate your search to show the most desirable homes for you. From this information, in addition to your pre-approval amount, we will be on our way to finding your new home!
Next, for the fun part! Once we find homes within your budget that fit your needs, we will schedule a time to see them in person. Together we will discuss the pros and cons of the homes we visit as we narrow down the search for the exact place for you.
MAKING AN OFFER, COUNTER-OFFERS, & MUTUAL ACCEPTANCE
Once we’ve found the home for you, we will discuss all of your options in order to structure the best offer and make yours stand out. We will negotiate and advocate on your behalf throughout any potential counter-offers as we close the deal. After both parties have agreed, mutual acceptance has been reached but the work doesn’t stop there! If you have any contingencies, such as a home inspection or financing contingency, those will need to be addressed immediately and completed by the dates put forth in the contract. We will walk you through all of the next steps after the contract is signed and ensure that all timelines are met.
