A Womxn's Homebuying Event

​Join us for Sip, Shop, SOLD: a homebuying educational event & social pop up for womxn at Lucy's Bottle Shop in Salmon Bay (between Magnolia and Ballard)!
Learn about what you need to do to prepare for the homebuying and mortgage pre-approval process, homebuyer myths, the steps in making an offer, and meet, connect, and support other womxn in the community. All while enjoying delicious beverages (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) at Seattle's woman owned bottle shop just south of the Ballard Bridge in Salmon Bay: Lucy's Bottle Shop!
Complimentary first drink & bites. Bottles available for purchase. Homebuying education.
All are welcome.
