We're Carrie Watt and Brandon Hundley, and we built Rooted Northwest on the belief that strong communities are what make a place worth calling home. Not just the neighborhood you live in, but the people, the local spots, the sense of belonging that goes deeper than four walls. That's what makes a house a home and drives everything we do.
We're a small, intentional team who knows these streets, loves this city, and will show up for you every step of the way. Honest guidance, real relationships, and a process that feels good from day one.
We work with buyers and sellers across the greater Seattle area, including West Seattle, South Seattle, North and Central Seattle, and throughout King, Snohomish, and North Pierce Counties. Whether you're planting roots for the first time, making a move you've been thinking about for years, or ready to sell the home you've loved, we're here for all of it.
We also donate a portion of every sale to a local nonprofit, because we want to see our neighborhoods and the neighbors within them thrive.
